I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my DreamPort freelance journey, and yeah, I thought I’d share where I’m at right now with this whole thing. All right, so if you’ve been following my reviews, you know I’ve been going through their training program, and uh, it’s been quite the experience.

So DreamPort freelance training – yeah, this is actually pretty intensive stuff. I mean, when I first signed up, I thought okay, free training for freelance travel managers, that sounds good. But uh, this is way more comprehensive than I expected. We’re talking about a proper certification series that covers everything from airline business basics to client communication skills.

Right now, I’m at the stage where I’ve completed the self-paced certification part – and yeah, I actually got my certificate! So that’s stage one done. The training itself, um, it’s really well put together. I mean, it looks like a paid course, you know? They cover how to talk with clients, building rapport, relationship building – all the stuff that us freelancers need to know.

But here’s where it gets interesting with DreamPort freelance opportunities. After certification, there’s this pre-live training stage, which is more about the practical tools. Yeah, so they’re teaching you the actual ticketing systems and software that travel managers use. And then comes the live nesting stage – this is where things get real.

So the live nesting, um, that’s 8 hours a day for two weeks. And yeah, if you’re in the Philippines like me, you’re following US office hours. It’s demanding, but here’s the thing – at this stage, you can actually start earning. They require you to set up a Payoneer account because this is where commissions start coming in.

Now, I’ve been reading the reviews on Trustpilot, and uh, there’s definitely mixed feedback about DreamPort freelance work. Some people are complaining about low pay – I saw one review mentioning $57 for a month. But here’s what I think about that – they’re very upfront that this is commission-based work. Right from the start, they tell you there’s no guaranteed salary.

Yeah, so some of these complaints, I don’t know if people fully understood what they were signing up for. This isn’t traditional employment – it’s freelance work where your earnings depend on your effort and sales. As a freelancer myself, I get that this model isn’t for everyone.

The time requirements are strict too. I’ve seen people complain about account suspensions for missing deadlines. But uh, they do send reminders about how many days you have left. The system works with thousands of people, so they can’t make individual exceptions – I understand that from a business perspective.

What I like about DreamPort freelance training is that it’s genuinely preparing you for real work. The junior stage that comes after live nesting – that’s where you’re working with actual clients. It’s on-the-job training with real commission potential.

So yeah, my take on DreamPort freelance so far? It’s legitimate training that requires serious commitment. The complaints I’ve read seem to come from people who either weren’t prepared for the intensity or didn’t fully understand the commission structure.
