What I Learned During the Training

All right, so the first half of the Dreamport AI live training focused on modules and discussions with mentors. We had to secure all our documents, especially setting up our Payoneer accounts for commissions. Yeah, that’s right – even during training, if we close deals, we earn commissions.

The second half was all about actual work – following up leads from the ASAP tickets website, sending emails, providing flight codes and options, and making those calls. I haven’t closed any deals yet, but uh, I’m still learning and working on it.

The AI Training Made All the Difference

But uh, let me tell you, the AI roleplay component of Dreamport AI live training really gave me confidence. In my video recordings, you can see how I progressed from being nervous with filler words to becoming more professional and smooth in my presentations.

The AI feedback was incredibly detailed too. After each call, the AI would tell me exactly what I did right and what I missed. For example, I sometimes forgot to use military phonetics when confirming names, or I didn’t address specific customer requests like wheelchair assistance.

Now I’m in the Junior Stage

So yeah, now that I’ve completed the live nesting phase, I’m in the Junior Stage of my Dreamport AI live training journey. This means I can handle leads from their CMS system, but I also get to pursue my own leads using my personal contact information.
